Step 1:  Documents required:

• Business registration certificate
• Payroll sheet
• notarized leasing agreement
• notarized  land ownership certificate
• the list of machinery, equipment and their bills
• Payment confirmation form                                                      (Download here)
• Form 4- Providing additional supply enterprise information      (Download here)
• Form 12 – Notice of  facilities, storage for processing goods     (Download here)

The customs only go to the factory when all document correct. So, please contact the logistics company if your shipment is urgent.

Step 2: Customs come to the factory to verify stated condition.

Step 3:  Uploaded form 12 to the customs systems, then your account will be approved to start declaring

In this step, you need meet the captain to open your account, please arrange to meet them first if this shipment is urgent.

Step 4: Enterprise is able to doing custom declaration as processing type.
